The full list of candidates for the upcoming SURHUL sabbatical elections has just been released, The Orbital can reveal.

Nominations closed this morning at 0900GMT, having been open for a week. The full list of candidates is:

Voting opens at midday on Wednesday 3rd February 2010 and will close at midday on Tuesday 9th February 2010. Candidates will be campaigning across campus, with a team of up to ten people. They also have the opportunity to appear on Insanity Radio at midday on Wednesday to announce their policies and be asked questions by the listeners. The Orbital Editor, Nick Stylianou and Insanity Head of News/The Orbital’s Associate Editor (Society), Sarah Honeycombe, will host the show. Candidates will also be required to appear at Candidates’ Question Time at 1830GMT in the Students’ Union Main Hall on Thursday 4th February.

Ballot boxes will be placed across campus in locations including the Students’ Union Building, Crosslands and Bedford Library.
