Great year for fledgling Table Tennis Club!
RHUL Table Tennis has a lot to celebrate on its first birthday! This past twelve months have been nothing short of amazing for the table tennis club! Awards, league wins, cup medals, charity events - you name it, we’ve done it!
After a very positive first Fresher’s Fayre in September, the club has come on leaps and bounds. We entered three teams in the British University and College competition - one men’s and two women’s team.
Our men’s team had a fantastic season! Their only defeat coming on the last round of fixtures after promotion and the league title were secured. Captain and Captain Elect, Alex Reilly and Patrick Hurley had sensational seasons; Patrick’s only defeat coming at the hands of a former international.
